NRL superintendent Sarah Don selected for L2L program

The Nuclear Reactor Laboratory's superintendent, Sarah Don, has been selected for MIT's Leader to Leader (L2L) program. The program will run throughout 2020 and is designed to provide its graduates with a theoretical leadership framework, incorporating hands-on experiences to further the leadership learning.

L2L aims to have accepted applicants be ready to empower the MIT community by the end of the program, collaborating with other leaders on campus to further the Institute's mission. At the introductory reception on November 21st, selected applicants and their supervisors were told this year featured the most diverse and complex pool of applicants in the program's history.
