Frank joined the reactor in January of 1985, receiving a reactor operator license followed by a senior operator license, and then became a shift supervisor. In 1991 he became the Operations Coordinator and in 1992 the Training Supervisor, and served as the Assistant Superintendent and Day Shift Supervisor until July 2023. Frank is now the NRL's Interim Superintendent.
